Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or 3 years of equivalent related experience required
3 years' experience in compensation and benefit analysis
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, and HRIS system
Knowledge of relevant laws such as FLSA, ACA, ERISA, HIPAA and Cobra
