Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
7+ years of experience in analog and power electronics design, preferably in space or high-reliability applications.
Strong expertise in power supply design (GaN Technology for Power, DC-DC converters, LDOs, power distribution, sequencing, and protection circuits).
Solid background in analog circuit design for command and telemetry as well as signal conditioning, filtering, sensing, and control loops.
Experience performing worst-case circuit analysis, stability analysis, and thermal considerations.
Familiarity with power integrity, noise analysis, and EMI/EMC mitigation techniques.
Experience designing for high-reliability or space environments, including derating and component selection.
Proficiency with schematic and PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer).
Hands-on lab experience (oscilloscopes, power analyzers, network analyzers, debugging complex boards).
Experience supporting hardware bring-up, validation, and environmental testing.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
