Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering
A working knowledge of metal forming and metal cutting machines such as laser-punches, water jets, hydraulic brakes, CNC machining centers, and welding technology
Proven record of process improvement, lean manufacturing, plant and equipment layout, work simplification and methods improvement
Understanding of electro-mechanical assembly
Working knowledge of computer-based manufacturing systems and material handling; i.e. ERP systems such as Dynamics AX
Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
Experience working in an ISO 9001 facility
Strong mechanical aptitude
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain a safe environment

Experienced and proficient in C++ and/or Python software development
Familiarity with autonomous vehicle hardware and sensors such as radar, sonar, LIDAR, and cameras
Demonstrated knowledge of at least one of: computer vision, sensor fusion, SLAM, motion planning, machine learning
Experience in a senior perception or planning role for the delivery of a robotic system
