Required clearances are site-driven. Must possess a SECRET security clearance at the start of the contract and obtain the appropriate clearance within eight (8) months of contract award.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Formal training in stationary engineering is required.
Must possess a Universal CFC refrigerant handling license and be qualified/certified as an HVACR mechanic in a CONUS jurisdiction.
Ability to read blueprints
Perform material take-offs
At least eight (8) years of experience in the HVACR trades, including two (2) years or more in a supervisory role.
A record of safe operations and working knowledge of safety standards for mechanical systems, including building and safety codes.
