Attention to Detail: Able to follow detailed work instructions and ensure accuracy in assembly

Experience: Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (mechanical or industrial setting a plus)
Assemble components according to specifications following our standard operation procedure
Technical Skills: Comfortable using common hand tools, torque wrenches, and measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers)
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or assembly instructions
Inspect finished parts and for accuracy, quality, and completeness
Assist with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
Reliability: Consistent attendance and strong work ethic
Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to perform precise assembly work
Report equipment malfunctions or material shortages to supervision
Mechanical Aptitude: Basic understanding of how mechanical systems fit and function

Able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance from the ground to chest level and to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. using appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person
Able to maneuver packages above shoulder level
Must complete and pass a drug screen and a criminal background check
Able to work in all weather conditions if required at work location
