Experience: Proven experience in US bi-weekly payroll and LATAM monthly/semi-monthly cycles
Analytical: Strong ability to perform manual calculations for severance, final payments, and tax adjustments
Compliance: Deep knowledge of US state tax registrations and LATAM government deadlines
Communication: Ability to collaborate with HR OPS, Accounts Payable, and external tax authorities
Languages: Proficient in English and Spanish language
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Flexible office schedule to accommodate all US and South America offices. This is a hybrid job working 2-3 days in the North Dade office and the rest from home.
Pay Rate: $45-$50/hour
