3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with hands-on experience in injection and/or blow molding experience is a plus
Food and Beverage or Manufacturing Industry is required
Strong knowledge of SQF standards, GMPs, food safety, and regulated production environments
Experience troubleshooting molding equipment and optimizing production processes
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and machine manuals
Basic computer skills, including ERP systems and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
The starting pay rate for Production Supervisor jobs is “$30-35”/hr DOE, plus overtime as needed
This position is second shift working 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday – Friday with the flexibility to support overtime as needed. Candidates must be able to train for a couple months on first shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
