Assembler
Build equipment to the drawings
Make field repairs from memory to keep equipment running with ability to communicate issues to customers and supervision
Most work will take place at our main location here on Holmes road (a controlled environment)
Occasional trips to various locations

High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
Strong understanding of safety standards.
Basic computer skills (MS Office).
Hands on inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient with measurement tools and visual inspection techniques.
Experience interpreting technical drawings, P&ID's and specifications.
Experience reviewing material test reports.
Experience working with hand tools, welding equipment, saws, punch press, drill press air tools, grinders, forklift, and overhead crane operations.
Possess a positive attitude, ability to work well within a team and a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with technical and math abilities.
Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking to identify quality issues and recommend effective corrective actions.
Working knowledge of non-conformance reporting and root cause analysis.
Familiarity with AWS, ASME & ISO 9001 quality standards and systems.

IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification (Class 2 or Class 3) - Required.
Minimum of three (3) years of quality inspection or manufacturing quality experience.
Demonstrated proficiency using precision measurement equipment including calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, and gauges.
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and use hands to handle or feel objects.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds on occasion.
