Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field required. Equivalent experience will be considered.
3+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role.
Proficiency in Revit software, CAD, and MS Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods, and tool design.
Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and the ability to develop and implement systemic problem-solving procedures.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment with both internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to all levels of personnel.
Experience applying LEAN principles and working within a Quality Management System.
Proven project management skills.
Experience working with an ERP/MRP system, such as SAP.
Must be able to meet the security requirements for on-site work for TSA, including Public trust, Background check, criminal records, work history and identity verification and fingerprinting.
