Work 8-hour shifts - 2nd Shift (3pm-11 pm), or 3rd Shift (11pm-7 am)
Work a split shift (every other Saturday as overtime shift)
Lift 10-15 pounds continuously, lift to 70 pounds occasionally, stand for long hours, and use hands and wrists continuously in a controlled movement
Receive and follow instructions
