Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing/Technical Communication, English, or Communication or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum three years of technical writing experience within the manufacturing industry
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications
Demonstrated ability to write clear manufacturing work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures
Strong knowledge of work standards and visual manufacturing work instructions (MWIs)
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
