CNC Machinist (Day Shift)

5-6 years of CNC machining experience, preferably in aerospace and/or defense manufacturing
High school diploma or equivalent with advanced machining or technical training
Strong understanding of aerospace drawings, GD&T;, and customer specifications
Proven ability to hold tight tolerances and work with precision components
Proficiency using precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, indicators, etc.)
Solid math skills, including fractions, decimals, and basic geometry
Working knowledge of ERP systems and manufacturing documentation practices
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machining processes
Understanding of AS9100, ITAR, or other regulated manufacturing environments is preferred
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Frequent use of hands and arms to handle tools, materials, and equipment
Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

Associate's degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience
