Production Supervisor - Assembly Off Shift

Bachelor's degree in operations management or equivalent and 3 years' hourly supervision or manufacturing experience; or 7 years hourly supervision or manufacturing experience.

Must be available to work all shifts and/or flexible hours.
The training will occur on 1st shift from 6am to 4:30pm Monday through Thursday for the first few weeks.
After training is successfully completed, the night shift schedule will be from 7:30pm to 6am, Sunday through Wednesday.
The off-shift hours are eligible for shift premium pay.

Associates or Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
5+ years of experience designing and/or operating machine automation solutions in the manufacturing industry.
Proven experience in working on large-scale manufacturing operations.
Excellent troubleshooting skills – Drives, PLC issues, control issues, electrical. Ability to troubleshoot from afar and talk mill folks effectively through issues.
Allen-Bradley PLC Programming and HMI Programming
Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 525 and PowerFlex 755 experience
Electrical Design and Drive Configuration and Network Design
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
