Proven technical expertise in radar or RF systems, with experience leading cross-functional engineering efforts.
Prior experience in project engineering, systems integration, and technical execution of complex hardware/software products.
Experience in multi-disciplinary integration (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Software, RF, Networking, Cybersecurity).
Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance required.

In the alternative, must possess at least a master's degree or its equivalent in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related engineering field and 5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or related role in the aerospace industry would be acceptable.
Must possess at least 5 years of experience using CATIA V5 for 3D modeling and manufacturing drawings in the aerospace industry.
Must possess at least 5 years of experience with NC programming for complex aerospace components.
Must possess at least 5 years of experience applying continuous improvement and process optimization methodologies (Six Sigma Green Belt Certification).
Must possess at least 5 years of experience in tool design and development for aerospace manufacturing applications.
