Bachelor's degree in engineering; 5+ years in process-focused industrial manufacturing; 2+ years troubleshooting.
Demonstrated history of productivity improvements resulting in quantifiable cost savings.
Proficiency with CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and engineering drawings.
Strong SPC and statistical analysis skills.
Comfortable in manufacturing environments with occasional physical activity; able to lift 50 lbs. when necessary.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic SAP experience.
Travel required: 25-40%, depending on home location (TN or OH); travel is primarily structured.
Willing to consider less experience, however would come in as a Process Engineer II, minimum requirement is Bachelor's degree in engineering; 3 + years in process-focused industrial manufacturing; 2+ years troubleshooting.
