Equipment & Engine Training Council (EETC) Certification in areas of small engine repair is preferred; must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent; must possess a valid Florida Driver's License; should have own tools relative to specific mechanical tools.

Carpentry: 3-5 years of experience as a carpenter. High school diploma required; successful completion of trade /vocational school and/or apprenticeship program preferred.
Irrigation Technician: Experience working with Bermuda turf, solar irrigation systems, two wire irrigation systems, and previous commercial experience preferred. Must possess a High School Diploma or Equivalent. Must possess and maintain a valid Florida Driver's License.
Spray Technician: 3-5 years of experience in chemical spray maintenance for Bermuda turf is required. Possession and maintenance of valid Ornamental and Turf/Core license from the State of Florida, or the ability to obtain the required license within six months of hire.
May be required to possess and maintain a Florida's Commercial Driver's License (CDL) including appropriate endorsement(s).
Three (3) years previous experience and/or training that includes mechanical repair/maintenance, carpentry, general construction work, welding, irrigation system repair/maintenance, weed/pest control, grounds maintenance, athletic field maintenance, turf maintenance, or equipment operation.
A valid Florida driver's license is required. For application purposes, a valid driver's license from any state (equivalent to a State of Florida Class E) may be utilized; with the ability to obtain the State of Florida driver's license within thirty (30) days from the date of employment.
Small Engine Mechanic: 3-5 years of experience as a mechanic maintaining, repairing, and rebuilding gasoline and diesel small engines, machinery, and hydraulics on golf carts, utility vehicles and sports turf equipment and has experience with reel and bed knife grinders and back lapping is required.
