Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in federal financial management, budgeting, or accounting
Experience supporting financial execution of appropriated funds (RDT&E;, OMA, Procurement, FMS, etc.)
Experience processing reimbursable funds and fund cite orders
Ability to analyze and reconcile large volumes of financial data
Experience reviewing commitments, obligations, and disbursements for accuracy
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience with GFEBS (ERP and BI) for financial analysis and reporting
Experience researching and correcting ULOs and UMTs
Experience working with DFAS and resolving financial discrepancies across systems
Familiarity with federal financial and contracting systems (SOMARDS, MOCAS, EDA, WAWF, SDW)
Knowledge of DAR-Q / JRP processes and audit readiness practices
Ability to communicate financial information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Current Secret Security Clearance
At least 8 years of acquisition experience in a United States Army Project Offices or supporting LCMCs required
