2–3 years of experience managing day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
3–5 years of professional restaurant experience, with at least 3 years specifically in a BOH role such as Kitchen Lead or Sous Chef.
Strong culinary foundation with the ability to perform line-level functions in a scratch-kitchen setting.
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
High resilience and the "grit" to thrive in a loud, high-stress, and fast-moving hospitality leadership environment.
Proven ability to impact P&L; results through effective organizational skills and food cost control.
Physical ability to work 10-hour shifts involving extensive standing and walking.

Load pallets and prepare shipments with proper labeling
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Feed items into shrink wrap machine & inspect for defects
Order Picker / Packer
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Pay Rate: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as required
Pay Schedule: Weekly Pay + Benefits with a 401K
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow all company policies, quality standards, and ISO procedures
Reliable and punctual team members
Report equipment issues, material shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour schedule – 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on -Enjoy every other weekend off
Follow all safety procedures and immediately stop machines in case of emergency
