Through hole and SMT hand soldering and rework.
Familiarity with Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) electronic components and assembly process a plus
Must be fluent in writing, speaking, and understanding English.
Must have good oral and written communication skills.
Must be computer literate.
Mechanical assembly
High School Diploma or equivalent
Conscientious regarding quality, time management, teamwork, and safety.
Experience working in production and PCB Assembly.
Candidates must be a U.S. Person, defined as either a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder), and must be able to provide appropriate documentation upon hire to verify this status. Component preparation, masking and using different types of adhesives.
Familiarity with using hand tools, screwdrivers, pliers, cutters, etc.
Interpret IPC-A-610 standards for acceptability and customer specifications. (Certified training will be provided)
Flexibility to train and move between functional areas.
Familiarity with assembly tools and Through hole and Surface mount Technology would be a plus.
