Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
The ability to travel extensively (up to75% or more)
Ability to walk, stand, and carry equipment (up to 30 lbs) for extended periods during walk data collections
Willingness to work in active construction sites, mechanical rooms, rooftops, and otherindustrial environments as required by project needs
Flexibility to travel on short notice and work variable hours including occasional weekends
Comfort working at heights and in confined spaces as dictated by in-building wireless infrastructure locations
Willingness to perform telecom installation and QOI testing job duties if required
0–2 years of experience in a technical or field-based role
Education & Experience: Associate's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or a related technical field preferred
Knowledge of basic wireless concepts (cellular, Wi-Fi, RF signal propagation) or demonstrated aptitude to learn quickly
Basic math proficiency with the ability to develop working knowledge of RF mathematics as applied to walk data and commissioning
Basic understanding of signal architecture concepts for LTE, NR (5G), and Public Safety systems through structured training
