Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Industrial or Mechanical), Construction Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
Familiarity with relevant quality management systems and certifications such as ISO 9001.
