Role Overview
This is a script-driven call center position supporting callers with lawsuit and claims-related inquiries
Assist individuals seeking information about their claims, including claim status updates and step-by-step guidance on how to submit or receive claim payments
Monday-Friday
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay: $18/HR
Answer inbound calls involved in lawsuits or settlements
Provide case status updates and explain next steps in the claims process
Help callers understand deadlines, eligibility, and required documentation
Follow scripted guidelines to ensure accuracy and compliance
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
Pay Details: $18.00 per hour

Minimum of 3 years of experience administering leaves of absence and accommodations
Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
Experience and working knowledge of federal and state compliance laws related to leaves of absence, including FMLA and ADA
Working knowledge of Workers' Compensation, Short-Term Disability (STD), Long-Term Disability (LTD), Military, Personal, and Family and Medical Leave (FMLA)
Ability to support, interpret, and communicate policies and procedures clearly and consistently
Leave of absence and accommodations administration experience
Record-keeping and documentation management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Agility in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a high-performing team
