Learning objectives,
Online portfolio
SME interviewing skills, storyboarding, prototyping, content development, QA, writing participant/facilitation guides, implementation/facilitation, job aids.
Good knowledge of design principles, patterns, and latest design trends with a strong eye for web typography, color, and layout.
Practical knowledge and experience using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodologies required.
Demonstrated experience and certification with authoring and graphic design tools such as Storyline, Canva, Articulate (Storyline & Rise 360), Illustrator, Photoshop
Ability to design post-training support and to measure and evaluate training outcomes.
Ability to problem-solving in the face of ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task
Ability to structure meaningful and measurable terminal and enabling learning objectives.
Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization and with different levels of technological understanding
