Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required
5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), financial modeling, or corporate finance
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
Experience working with SAP required
Working knowledge of SQL and Power BI required
Strong FP&A experience and ability to build and maintain financial models
Ability to work independently and proactively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to partner across multiple teams
Build and maintain financial models to track finished goods inventory sold
Develop SKU-level profitability analysis for both ECP and SJV business segments
Lead process mapping initiatives to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
Support implementation of new financial processes, controls, and reporting structures
Provide daily analytical and operational support for project-related initiatives
Consolidate and analyze large datasets to support financial planning and business modeling activities
Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT to support ongoing business initiatives
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadership through reporting and data visualization tools
Assist with ad hoc financial analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking as needed
Take ownership of analytics initiatives and proactively drive impactful business decisions
Support process mapping, internal controls, and continuous improvement initiatives across financial operations
