Job Description: We are looking for a competent HR/Administrative Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily operations of the center.
Responsibilities
Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize proceduresSort and distribute communications in a timely mannerReview client notes and ensure they are submitted on a timely basisCreate and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of informationUpdates time sheets for missed punches, monitors attendance, PTO, etcNew hire orientation, badges, serve as liaison with HRMonitor level of supplies, handle shortages, orders when necessary and neatly put away suppliesResolve office-related malfunctions, printers, and respond to requests or issuesCoordinate and assist other staff with any clerical needs they may haveMaintain trusting relationships with employees, vendors, clients, and parentPerform receptionist duties, answer front doors, assist with drop off and pick upRun office and event-related errands to ensure smooth and timely execution of activities
