Pay: $20-$22 per hour
Schedule: 1st shift, Monday-Friday
Detail-oriented Accounting Clerk
Experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable
Process accounts payable and/or accounts receivable transactions, including invoice entry and payment application
Review, code, and match invoices to supporting documentation
Assist with billing, cash posting, and account reconciliations
Maintain accurate and organized financial records
Resolve invoice or payment discrepancies with internal teams and external vendors
Support month-end close activities as needed
Perform data entry and general accounting support tasks
Communicate effectively with internal departments regarding accounting questions
Prior experience in an accounting clerk, accounts payable, or accounts receivable role preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic knowledge of general accounting principles
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Experience with accounting or ERP systems is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and communication skills
