Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
Experience with SAP, Sage Intacct, Fund EZ, or similar accounting systems
Process full-cycle accounts payable, including high-volume invoice entry, coding, approvals, and employee expense and credit card transactions
Prepare and process weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, and checks), ensuring proper approvals and timely distribution
Maintain and manage vendor records, including vendor setup, W-9s, banking details, and vendor updates
Reconcile vendor statements and the AP subledger to the general ledger; investigate and resolve discrepancies and inquiries
Maintain accurate accounts payable aging reports
Support month-end close activities, including accruals, journal entries, account reconciliations, and audit support
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual schedules; assist with ad hoc reporting and special projects
Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing
