Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related field; or equivalent experience.
2+ years of AP, P2P, or accounting operations experience—ideally in a transforming, fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and data interpretation.
Experience with ERP systems, AP automation tools, OCR, or workflow management platforms.

High School Diploma/GED and 3+ years of relevant work experience are required for this position.
The ability to demonstrate printed circuit board assembly experience to include soldering of surface mount, through-hole, and wire technology.
U.S. Citizenship required as well as the ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contractors.
Complete IPC certification within 3 months of hire (training will be provided), or have current certification.
Must be organized and detail oriented, with the ability to work independently, under minimal supervision.
The ability to use numerous types of equipment and assembly tools, including microscopes, soldering irons, tweezers, calipers, picks, scalpels, hot plates, epoxies, etc.
