Strong understanding of accounting operations, including NAV production, pricing, reconciliations, and financial reporting for alternative or investment products
Experience supporting digital asset products, including familiarity with cryptocurrencies, tokens, blockchain networks, exchanges, custodians, and wallet structures
Working knowledge of digital asset operational workflows, including on-chain and off-chain transaction processing, reconciliation, and lifecycle event management
Advanced knowledge of alternative investments with a focus on digital assets, including an understanding of how blockchain technology supports the recording and reconciliation of portfolio transactions
Experience leading teams and overseeing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
Proven ability to drive process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives
Strong understanding of risk management, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and escalate issues effectively
Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in an evolving and sometimes ambiguous environment
