An equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed above may be substituted for the above education and experience requirements.
For the state of Ohio:
O Bachelor's degree required, with one year of experience
For the state of South Carolina:
O Bachelor's degree in a human services field and having a minimum of three years of experience with the population served.
For the state of Pennsylvania:
O For IDD Services- Two years of experience in the IDD field
Current driver's license, car registration and auto insurance if driving on the behalf of the Company or providing transportation to individuals receiving services.
Other trainings as required by state such as CPR, First Aid, Behavioral Intervention Techniques, etc.
QMRP/QIDDP designation as required by state.
For ABI Services:
O Licensure as required by state.
O State background checks as required.
