Experience in 480V 3-phase systems, motor controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial equipment troubleshooting
Troubleshoot and repair 480V 3-phase electrical systems.
Diagnose motor control circuits, contactors, overloads, relays, and VFDs.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and ladder diagrams.
Perform mechanical repairs including bearings, gearboxes, belts, chains, and alignment.
Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Complete preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and inspections.
Perform root cause analysis to reduce equipment downtime.
Document repairs in computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
