Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Provide direct administrative support to the company owner and leadership team
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations
Answer phones, respond to emails, and communicate professionally with customers and vendors
Assist with project coordination and follow up on important deadlines
Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
Support purchasing, office operations, and general administrative functions
Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials as needed
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Perform data entry and assist with special projects as assigned
Previous administrative, executive assistant, office coordinator, or customer service experience preferred
Recent college graduates with strong organizational and computer skills are encouraged to apply
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Professional, dependable, and eager to learn
Positive attitude with a proactive, team-oriented mindset

Minimum of 1-year medical billing and follow up experience
Must have ability to read/understand EOB
High School Education/GED or equivalent/associate degree or Technical degree preferred
Working knowledge of Workers Compensation and MVAs a plus
Experience with Cerner and EPIC

Follow established procedures and receive daily instructions on work
Reviews, corrects and submits claims to payers
Reviews unpaid accounts, initiates correct actions to collect the accounts and follows up on action to assure expected results is achieved
Reviews unpaid claims and obtain necessary information to resolve reimbursements
Meet or exceed productivity and quality performance expectations
