Coordinate with Project Teams: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to communicate inspection results and address issues
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working outdoors on active job sites in varying weather conditions
Field Inspections: Conduct on-site inspections to verify construction work meets project specifications, building codes, and quality requirements
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure contractors follow approved plans, schedules, permits, and project documentation
Construction Observation: Monitor daily construction activities and assist with testing or verification of construction work when required
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation using digital reporting systems and field technology
Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and building codes
Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents to confirm work is performed correctly
High School Diploma required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe)
