Experience as a damage assessor, property damage inspector, field adjuster, construction inspector, restoration estimator, or similar role.
Expert-level proficiency with Xactimate is required.
Strong knowledge of residential construction, building components, repair methods, and storm-related property damage.
Experience inspecting residential roofing, exteriors, interiors, water intrusion, and structural damage.
Ability to prepare accurate scopes of work, damage assessments, estimates, and field reports.
Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to manage multiple assignments with competing deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners, clients, contractors, and all levels of management.
Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, digital reporting tools, and mobile inspection technology.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Ability to travel to residential inspection sites as needed.
