Must be at least 18 years of age or older on the date of applying
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have the ability to drive a golf cart and company vehicles as needed
General knowledge of housekeeping, cleaning protocols, and guest relations
Must have high attention to detail and be well organized.
Must have the ability to comprehend instructions (verbal, demonstrated, and/or written) and retain information
Employees are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to: extreme heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather. Work is almost exclusively outdoors.
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical requirements include ability to stand (for up to five hours at a time), walk, bend at the waist and knees and have repeated manual dexterity, climb ladders, reach above shoulder level and the ability to push, pull, and lift up to sixty (60) pounds without assistance
