Bachelor's degree I Graphic Designer, Visual Communication or a related field; or a combination of related experience, education and/or training to sufficiently and successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
4-7 years of professional design experience.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD); strong capability in motion/video tools (After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of brand systems, marketing fundamentals, and multi-channel creative execution.
Advanced skills in typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
Strong collaboration skills with ability to work closely with leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong understanding of firearms safety, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated ability to work in accordance with our Company Values.
Must be able to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting and bending throughout the workday.
Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment, to include working in and around machinery, exposure to noise and chemicals, lights/lasers, etc.
