High school diploma or GED required
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos (i.e. safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, shop-floor paperwork, and procedure manuals).
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Forklift certification may be required
Must be obtained within three (3) months if applicable
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
Frequent repetitive motion involving hands and arms
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
