Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
Soldering of wires, terminals, splices, PCB through-hole & PCB surface mount components IAW J-STD-001 & IPC-610
Operate various types of manufacturing equipment (air drivers/drills, rivet guns, sanders, drill presses, etc.) with proper training
Preparation and application of various adhesive materials using a scale
Inspect components and subassemblies for obvious defects prior to, during and after assembly
Check completed assemblies for conformance with quality standards
Maintain assembly & quality records/paperwork as required
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, flexible production environment
Will need to work overtime as needed
