Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.;
Proficiency with precision measuring equipment, optical comparators, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
Solid understanding of machining principles, cutting tools, and material behavior.
Experience designing or building work holding fixtures for CNC machining applications.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and dimensional issues related to fixtures and tooling.
Ability to perform basic shop math and trigonometry.
Eligibility to work with sensitive controlled data and materials according to customer policies and practices.
Regularly lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods in a manufacturing environment; twist, kneel, bend, and reach as required.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
