This position will be responsible for getting parts ready to pack in our grease and bag area and also helping out in packing when needed.
Assemble components according to specifications following our standard operation procedure
Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to perform precise assembly work
Inspect finished parts and for accuracy, quality, and completeness
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Report equipment malfunctions or material shortages to supervision
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Assist with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
Experience: Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred with forklift experience.
Technical Skills: Comfortable using common hand tools, torque wrenches, and measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers).
Attention to Detail: Able to follow detailed work instructions and ensure accuracy in assembly.
Mechanical Aptitude: Basic understanding of how mechanical systems fit and function.
