The hourly pay for this role will range from $16 - $29 per hour based on full-time employment.

Office is open seven days a week.

This role would consist of a 37.5-hour work week, Sunday through Tuesday from 1:50pm to 10:00 pm, Thursday from 6:50 am to 3:00 pm and Friday from 1:50pm to 10:00 pm.

The schedule will be determined by the supervisor upon hire.

Ability to work a flexible schedule

High School Diploma or GED

1+ years of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office

1+ years of customer service or healthcare related experience

Ability to cover other offices if needed

Ability to work a flexible schedule

Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment.

Ability to be cross trained as a medical assistant or have your certification as a medical assistant presently

1+ years of experience working in medical front office position performing duties such as scheduling appointments, checking patients in/out, insurance verification, collecting co-pays, and maintaining medical records

Experience working with an electronic health record (EPIC)

Knowledge of Medical terms

$20.75 - $24.37/hr

High school diploma or equivalent education

6+ months of specialized experience

For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring

Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods

Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
