1+ year of experience (food service, retail, hospitality, or similar fast-paced environment) where you have held responsibility such as a key holder, shift leader, manager, training specialist or similar
Experience using POS systems
Experience coaching, giving feedback, and holding team members accountable
Comfort analyzing numbers (sales, labor %, COGS, KPIs) and making decisions based on data
Ability to work 35–40 hours per week in-shop (up to 45 during peak seasons)
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical shop tasks (scooping, lifting inventory, cleaning, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
