Must be able to interpret blueprints & weld symbols, and fit/weld according to print (including the ability to build weldments from prints).

The position requires the ability to fit and weld components using jigs, fixtures, blueprints, and weld symbols while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.
Perform MIG, TIG, and/or FCAW welding on steel and aluminum components.
Layout, fit, fabricate, and weld medium to large weldments and sub-assemblies.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, weld symbols, and specifications.
Set up and adjust welding equipment according to welding procedures and print requirements.
Perform welding in multiple positions, including: Flat, Horizontal, Vertical, Overhead
Build weldments according to prints and customer specifications.
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and conformance to standards.
Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or production welding environment is preferred.
Experience with MIG Welding (GMAW), TIG Welding (GTAW), FCAW, aluminum welding, and steel fabrication is highly desired.
