Experience working in a direct customer support role, including utilizing ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow and ITIL Service Management principles
Experience with RHEL systems administration and Linux-based web stacks
Experience working with Cloud service offerings such as compute, storage, databases, DNS, load balancers, identity and access management
Experience with containerization tools and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
Experience with CI / CD pipelines, observability tools, and infrastructure-as-code such as Terraform or Ansible
