This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
8-hour shift
Experience with billing insurance preferred
Experience scheduling in a software system preferred
Ability to multi-task and stay organized required
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing required
Light cleaning, filing, and inventory management
Maintain patient's files abiding by HIPAA regulations
Schedule patient appointments either in person or over the phone
Verify patient's insurance eligibility and benefits through insurance carriers
Create invoices to bill insurance accurately and timely with attention to detail
Delivering exceptional customer service to our amazing patients with friendliness, compassion, and enthusiasm
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Outlook preferred
Experience working in a professional office environment preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
This position requires access to export-controlled information and/or hardware,and candidates must be U.S. Persons that comply with all U.S. Export controllaws and regulation.
