Servicemen must have two years practical working experience in residential, light commercial or commercial mechanical equipment.
Two (2) years Commercial and/or industrial, mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry.
A valid driver's license
High School Diploma or equivalent.
EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification required.
Adherence to the company Safety Program.
Demonstrated knowledge of the maintenance and repair of three phase Commercial HVAC equipment, RTU's, Heat Pumps and Fans
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Be willing to join the UA of Plumbers and Pipefitters.
You may be required to satisfactorily pass an examination to identify your skills and knowledge.

Minimum of two years of general maintenance and safety experience.
Intermediate computer skills, including industry specific technology required to perform job functions.
Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work under direct supervision.
Required Certifications: EPA section 608; Type II – HVAC.
Required to provide own (industry specific) hand tools.
Lifting up to 50 pounds.
Full range of motion with upper and lower body. Continual movement including, but not limited to: standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling, and climbing stairs.
Ability to work with both hands for frequent grasping and manipulation.
Push or pull items and reaching overhead.
