Calm, confident, and professional approach in changing or challenging care situations
Strong communication skills with clients, families, office staff, and fellow caregivers
Comfortable supporting and guiding other caregivers when needed
Comfortable using a smartphone app for scheduling and care documentation
Basic English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
Must be available for **60 hours per week** to qualify for guaranteed 40 full-time hours
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 60 minutes to client homes
Comfortable working in different Triangle-area home environments, including houses, apartments, townhomes, senior communities, homes with pets, and smoking environments
Ability to accept shifts on short notice when needed
Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including assisting with mobility, transfers, and personal care
Must pass background check, drug screening, and required assessments
