Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
Eight (8) or more years' related experience in materials, production planning, and/or training
Must be an experienced, effective leader, a team player, with strong management skills
Must like data, and possess the ability to analyze and manage with the data
Must be a 'hands-on' type individual, with the ability to interface on the shop floor, along with senior leadership and vendors---all equally well
Must be able to develop and align business plans with quantifiable requirements, placing the requirements into action
