2nd shift differential $2/hour
Must be able to operate heat treating furnaces
Ability to read and understand work instructions for staging, loading and finishing of the process
Ability to read, understand and interpret charts involved, and follow proper procedures for using the equipment to obtain accurate measures
Willing to perform other duties as assigned
Must be able to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete employment eligibility verification document form upon hire
Able to drive a truck and/or operate specialized equipment such as an induction heating furnace (depending upon site equipment)
Must demonstrate self-starting and team-oriented attitude
Must be able to read measuring instruments (micrometer, dial indicator, rulers) and use them under supervision
Must be capable of handling parts via forklift and staging prior to heat treating
Must be able to monitor heating cycle and respond to alarms
Must be able to remove parts from furnace and perform quenching in appropriate medium
Must be familiar with emergency procedures
Must be able to work in a regulated aerospace/defense environment with compliance requirements
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
