Registered Nurse
This is a field-based position that requires routine regional in-state travel 80-90% of the time
Use of personal vehicle is required
Valid KY driver's license
Proof of vehicle insurance
Reliable transportation
Qualified candidates must reside in one of the counties within Two Rivers (Union, Webster, Henderson, Daviess, Hancock, McLean, Ohio, Butler, Edmonson, Hart, Warren, Logan, Simpson, Allen, Monroe, Metcalfe, Barren).
3+ years' clinical practice experience including patient care coordination and health assessments
RN with current unrestricted state licensure in KY
2+ years' experience using personal computer, keyboard navigation, navigating multiple systems and applications; and using MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Must possess reliable transportation
Be willing and able to travel in-state up to 80-90% of the time.
Flexibility to work beyond core business hours of Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CST
Candidate must reside in the specific counties of the services region: Union, Henderson, Webster, McLean, Daviess, Hancock, Ohio, Butler, Logan, Warren, Edmonson, Hart, Barren, Metcalfe, Monroe, Allen, Simpson, Logan counties in KY
Work requires the ability to perform close inspection of handwritten and computer-generated documents as well as a PC monitor
Sedentary work involving periods of sitting, talking, listening.
Work requires sitting for extended periods, talking on the telephone and typing on the computer.
Minimum of an Associates degree in Nursing or Diploma RN
